Founded by brother-sister duo Gabriel and Marta, Broken Eggs brings the warmth of their Mediterranean home to the city, specializing in authentic, homemade tortillas. As a proud family-run business, Broken Eggs embraces a family-oriented culture, aiming to create a space where guests feel at home.

One of their fondest memories is from a regular customer who brought his favourite bottle of wine to celebrate the restaurant’s first birthday with the family. He continues to visit, always bringing along a special wine whenever a new one catches his eye.
