Half Cut Market was founded by four local friends - Holly, Edwin, Paul and Danny, in their quest to bring a corner shop with a conscience to York Way. This spot serves up a regularly changing menu of seasonal dishes and a curated natural wine list. Everything from Basque-inspired bites to inventive plates like Szechuan lamb skewers.

To quote Danny, who grew up around the corner from the shop, 'I always felt super happy about the juxtaposition of the very ordinary street we’re on and the extraordinary stuff the team serve up inside - top class food and wine to a slightly out of the way neighbourhood setting.'

So…you’ll always find a little bit of magic at this not-so-ordinary corner shop.
